I created this piece of art because when the earth dies, so do we. I chose to use magazine clippings, not only because they have images of people and things that are all around us, they are also a part of society. I would change the way i painted the flames, because they aren’t very realistic. The emotion that my artwork conveys is a sort of eeriness. One thing that I learned while creating this art piece, is that our earth is dying, and we need to do something about it.
