My artwork is a self portrait of me. I filled the face with symbols that represent me to show who I am. I used my favorite colors in my portrait too. I made my artwork by first sketching out what I wanted it to look like. Then I figured out some of the symbols I wanted to include in my artwork. Next I started to create my final piece of artwork. I drew the outline of my face and the top of my shoulders first,I then colored it in. Finally I filled my whole face with symbols and colored them all in. In my artwork I really wanted to show what most represented me and that is softball. I included many softballs in my artwork. Softball means a lot to me because I have been playing since kindergarten and it is overall just a really great sport that I enjoy. My goals in this piece of art were to put as many different symbols that represent me as I could,I really wanted to show who I am in this project. Overall I think I did pretty well with this project and it was super fun to do.
