Students from E Period Math share their thoughts on the new ChromeBook cart provided through a grant from GDEF:<\/p>\n
Having computers every day is great,<\/p>\n
Because writing is something I will always hate.<\/p>\n
Now everything we can type,<\/p>\n
It makes a much easier life.<\/p>\n
Though mainly we still have to write,<\/p>\n
These chromebooks have a great might.<\/p>\n
And now we can check the answer keys online,<\/p>\n
I can stay in this seat of mine.<\/p>\n
I mean this so I can do more work,<\/p>\n
With all of it at home I go bezerk.<\/p>\n
Staying seated saves more time,<\/p>\n
Until the announcements begin to chime.<\/p>\n
These are so new they seem to shine,<\/p>\n
On them you can see no line.<\/p>\n
The keys were never pressed,<\/p>\n
These new chromebooks are the best!<\/strong><\/p>\n Brendan C.<\/p>\n ********************************************************************<\/p>\n The ChromeBooks are magical! \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0They are a new way of life. \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0You can store the entire world \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0just inside a little box. \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Plus they even have a little pop of color mixed into them – their oh-so-snazzy blue pants! \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0I, along with many other people, really appreciate these devices because it\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s quite spectacular to work with new technology that we know will store our information and will get it where it needs to be, fast! \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0That reminds me, with the ChromeBooks quick and automatic start up, you can lift the cover, log in, and BOOM, you\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2re ready \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0to roll, all in under thirty seconds (unless you find yourself to be a leisurely-paced typer). \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Thank you for pulling out your kindness and generosity (and your wallets) \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0and getting these fantastic ChromeBooks for us children. \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0We are truly grateful.<\/p>\n The Very Pleased,<\/p>\n LARA<\/p>\n ********************************************************************<\/p>\n To GDEF<\/p>\n Thanks a lot for the gift.
