On Thursday the Groton Dunstable Regional High School’s Concert Band, Jazz Band, and Drum Corps toured around town performing to the local elementary and middle schoolers. The students happily showed off tunes from their successful concert last week. Kids from 5 years old to 14 years old were hooting with Drum Corps and grooving with the Jazz Band.
Friday, the Groton Dunstable Regional High School Chamber Choir and Chorus will be similarly performing for younger students as well as other members of our communities. Songs from last week’s concert will make a smashing return as well as yearly classic holiday songs such as “Carol Of The Bells.†The Chamber Choir got a head start caroling this Wednesday when they performed for an elderly care facility.
The Chamber Choir is going to Spain this April and is currently fundraising for this massive opportunity.
