My beginning essential question for my project is, how does Alzheimer’s disease effect the brain? I am interested in this topic because I have watched three of my family members attempt to overcome the disease and I’ve always been interested in how their brain began deteriorating. As I watched my family members Alzheimer’s progress overtime, it intrigued me what parts of the brain would deteriorate first.
